Manasija Monastery, also known as Resava Monastery, is one of the most important medieval cultural and historical monuments of Serbia. Built in the early 15th century by Despot Stefan Lazarević, the monastery is famous for its monumental church dedicated to the Holy Trinity, impressive fortification walls with 11 towers, and as the center of the renowned Resava School. Manasija blends spirituality, architecture, and history, while its location, surrounded by the forests of the Resava region, offers visitors peace and inspiration.
