
Petkovica Monastery is a women’s monastery belonging to the Srem Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church and is classified as a cultural monument of exceptional importance. It is located on the southwestern slopes of Fruška Gora, between the villages of Divoš and Šišatovac. The monastery church is dedicated to Saint Petka. According to tradition, it was founded in the early 16th century by Jelena, the widow of Despot Stefan Štiljanović.
