Novo Hopovo Monastery, dating from the 15th century, is part of the Srem Diocese and is a cultural monument of exceptional importance. It is located near the town of Irig, close to the Ruma–Novi Sad highway. Renowned for its architecture and rich history, the monastery houses the relics of Saint Theodore Tyro – the oldest known relic preserved in Serbia.
